So what about smaller regions and cities?

The South East

In the South East, London has been a big supporter of tiny automobiles, with Smart Cars being the most popular brand in the city. The rest of the region was very diverse, with Edgware showcasing its wealth with Lexus’s luxury car brand and Calcot following suit with Porsche. Alton preferred not one but two smaller brands, with SEAT and MG going head-to-head for popularity. Suzuki was more popular in Totton than Ford in Eastleigh.

The East of England

MINI once again leads in the East, with Great Dunmow being MINI’s most dedicated supporters. Haversham showed that Mercedes was more popular than Mitsubishi, while Hatfield stuck to Mitsubishi and Luton and Stantonbury went for two of the major V’s: Vauxhall and Volkswagen.

The South West

In the South West, Swindon favoured Honda, Poole Mazda, Mevagissey Peugeot.

West Midlands

The West Midlands had the most searches for German car brand BMW. However, other brands such as Land Rover, Suzuki and MINI also got Searched a lot . For example, places like Binley Woods, Leamington Spa , Solihull and Welford-on -Avon all were looking for4-wheel specialist Land Rover. While Bromyard , Cleobury Mortimer and Hesketh Bank chose Japanese Suziki . Oldham was different by picking South Korean kiA’s  as their choice of cars . Alvechurch picked French Citroen while Stoke on Trent went with Romanian Dacia.

The East Midlands

MINI was once again the most popular car in the East Midlands, but east of Nottingham, Renault took center stage in Belton. Humberston chose the stylish Hyundai – which is surprising because they are home to the Bubble Car Museum, a museum dedicated to micro cars.

Yorkshire and Humber

Skoda’s were especially popular in Yorkshire and Humber, with the majority of searches coming from Mansfield. However, residents of Bradford and Harrogate showed a preference for Toyota and Volvo respectively.

The North West

The North West were another MINI fan, but the Fiat was by far the most popular in Arley. Kendal, which is wealthy, enjoys Porsche automobiles, whereas Volvo cars are popular in Carlisle.

The North East

The North East, unlike the rest of the country, is searching for Citroen cars above all else, with Huddersfield showing a preference for Mercedes.
