The Architecture Jobs are very prestigious in the United States. It is also one of the highest paying jobs in the country. In fact, according to the 2017 AEC Industry Salary Survey, the US pays its architects much higher than Europe, with over 32% of US architects earning above $100,000, compared to just 9% in Europe. 

So, what do architects in America earn today? Studies by recruitment websites show that as of July 2019, the average monthly take home for architects in the US stood at $6,783 per month and the annual median salary was $109,055. While this is much higher than the figures quoted in 2016 ($76,930), the status of salaries in the US architecture industry is far from excellent.
