Here are list of HR interview questions that will help you to prepare for the interview with brief answers and to the point.
You can personalize these response as much as possible but remember, stay calm, don’t get defensive while facing difficult HR interview question. Take a moment to think and summarize your response before you answer.
Mention your academic qualification, career history and skills you learned that belongs to the job on offer. Summarize your inner talent and express there.
Don’t be negative in your reasons for leaving. Actually your next company looks whether you can accept new challenge, more responsibility and the change of environment. It is good for appropriating to cite salary as your primary motivator.
You need to be more cautious with this answer. Don’t disclose too specific as mentioning more weaknesses may leave you open to further problems. For example, you can choose some characteristic of your present company like downsizing, slow decision-making processes etc.
This question is very straightforward and HR only want to know the success path of your present company. Make sure, you mention the skills you have acquired. Be enthusiastic. Treat your present job as interesting and diverse. Because, you are looking to leave. Isn’t it?
Make sure that you have good understanding of the role you are applying for. You should know the organization details and describe the part of the organization that love you most. Actually the employer is looking whether the job suits you or not and involves doing things you enjoy.

This question is about your confidence and career aspirations. This answer must be “yes” as you need to tell brief explanation as how you reached in your current stage that made you happy. But, if you feel somehow that you are moving too slowly then, you must tell the proper explanation.
Memorize an achievement that is best suitable for next job and is work-related and fairly recent. Mark the skills you used in the achievement and how it quantified the benefit the company.
This question is for whether you have a logical approach to problem-solving if you face any difficult situation.
For e.g. explain in a few sentences about a difficult work situation (obviously, this was not caused by you) and what the outcome was. At last, end on a positive note how you solved it.
Concentrate on discussing your original strengths.
For e.g. your ability to learn quickly, work in any situation, positive attitude, determination to succeed etc. Also make sure you have example in each options. There is no excuse for being unprepared.
Mention your professional or personal weakness that could also be considered to be strength. But, don’t say that you have nothing in response. This could lead to further problems.
You can mention some lack of experience (not the ability) as a weakness that is not vital for the job.
